Do you store my photos?
Identification photos may be uploaded for processing. The backend is designed to delete uploads after a result is generated (best-effort).
Do you keep a history of my chats?
The app is designed not to intentionally store chat history on the server, but messages are processed by providers and may be subject to their retention policies.
Is there a subscription?
Optional subscriptions may be offered to unlock premium features. Subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Can I delete my saved identifications?
Yes. Saved records live on your device and can be deleted inside the app. Removing the app deletes local data.
